Christmas lights switch on 2016

Dame Dottie, Jack and the beautiful Princess Primrose descended on Burton today for the Christmas Lights switch on. Eagerly attended by an army of BASE helpers we launched our 2017 panto to the public - Jack and the Beanstalk. (Click here for full information).

Even Buttermilk made an appearance - well Buttermilk's stunt double, hot off the hooves from her cameo role in Spamalot with Little Theatre Company.

As ever our characters caused mayhem around the various shopping centres - and stopped for lots of selfies and photos with families.

We met up with Jane Ingram and Derek Guy from Age UK Burton - to hand over a cheque for £750 that we raised at this year's panto (Sleeping Beauty).

Thank you to East Staffs Borough Council for having us for the day - and we hope to see you all in February at The Brewhouse Arts Centre.
