Well, the chorus and principles have been thrown together sooner than expected and how enjoyable the last two rehearsals have been. It’s very encouraging to hear the laughter in response to the antics of the principles – if we find it funny then so will the paying public!
It’s obvious everyone is enjoying themselves and lovely to see how well the new members have settled into the group – it’s as if they have always been with us (even if Lynda does keep getting names wrong and insists on giving lines to the phantom Tracy – she’s trying hard and will know all names by Feb!!)
Just to repeat what Ken said in his blog – please do come along to the Christmas Lights Switch On in Burton on Sunday 22nd November and help out if you can.
Chorus, don’t forget song sheets down next week!!
